I’m….
Just a student embarking on her senior year as an undergrad while living in the heart of the Bayou City. Expect posts about everything and anything here. Basically anything that catches my fancy from a restraunt I just found, good indy flicks, and music to politics and environmental stuff.I’m at the University of St. Thomas, persuing a BA in Environmental Studies with minors in Political Science, Catholic Studies and Philosophy.
Lets see… what esle…I love being outside, trying new foods, reading, and tea among other things. I’m a shakespeare nut and enjoy playing nintendo (Wii and the DS). I collect rainboots. I even have a pair of what I call ‘redneck hooker boots’ - read as hip-boots.
I’m interesting politically because while I consider myself a “Crunchy Conservative”/”Ron-Paulist”. Meaning, while I am a registered Republican, I don’t always vote with my party — but I’d sooner vote third party than as a Democrat! I’ve also been told on several occasions that I’m an oxymoron. Meh, whatever. I’m just me
